Persyaratan Visa Kunjungan"Turis/Pemilik Bisnis" Dewasa (Bahasa)
VISA BISNIS SCHENGEN
Dokumen-dokumen yang harus disediakan oleh pemohon:
Formulir Aplikasi Visa: Diisi lengkap, ditandatangani, dan dilampirkan dengan 2 foto terbaru.
Spesifikasi Foto: Ukuran 35mm x 45mm, kontras jelas, wajah menghadap kamera, kepala tegak, mulut tertutup. Kepala harus memenuhi 2/3 foto (tidak lebih dari 36mm tingginya). Posisi mata harus di bagian atas tengah foto, dengan jarak antara pupil mata 8-10mm. Latar belakang putih.
Paspor: Paspor terbaru yang sah, dengan masa berlaku lebih dari tiga bulan setelah tanggal kadaluarsa visa yang diminta.
Fotokopi Dokumen Paspor: Fotokopi halaman biodata dan tanda tangan paspor. Lampirkan juga fotokopi visa Schengen sebelumnya (jika ada).
Surat Asli dari Perusahaan/Sponsor:
Surat harus menyatakan tujuan, tanggal bekerja, gaji, masa tinggal, dan maksud kunjungan.
Harus mencantumkan pernyataan bahwa perusahaan bertanggung jawab penuh atas seluruh pengeluaran selama perjalanan.
Surat harus distempel dan ditandatangani oleh General Manager (nama harus dicetak).
Lengkapi dengan fotokopi SIUP atau TDP.
Jika Anda pemilik bisnis, lampirkan izin dagang/usaha, dokumen pajak, dll.
Sertakan slip gaji asli 3 bulan terakhir.
Rekening Koran Pribadi Asli:
Meliputi 3 bulan terakhir dan harus atas nama pemohon.
Jika ada anggota keluarga yang ikut bepergian dan memiliki rekening bank, mereka juga harus melampirkan laporan rekening bank 3 bulan terakhir (kecuali anak di bawah 18 tahun).
Jika perjalanan dibiayai oleh orang lain (keluarga/perusahaan), lampirkan:
Laporan bank 3 bulan terakhir dari sponsor.
Surat sponsor keuangan.
Fotokopi KTP sponsor.
Laporan rekening bank asli harus dilegalisir oleh bank.
Asuransi Perjalanan: Polis harus diterbitkan oleh perusahaan asuransi terakreditasi dengan cakupan minimum €30.000.
Reservasi Penerbangan: Tiket hanya diserahkan jika diminta. Reservasi harus diterbitkan oleh maskapai dengan logo di kepala surat.
Reservasi Hotel:
Konfirmasi hotel di negara-negara Schengen, yang mencantumkan alamat hotel dan semua nama tamu (dalam bahasa Inggris atau Jerman).
Lampirkan surat konfirmasi untuk setiap hotel yang dipesan.
Surat Undangan dari Perusahaan di Austria: Surat undangan dari perusahaan pengundang yang menyatakan lama tinggal dan maksud kunjungan.
Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga: Jika ada anggota keluarga yang bepergian bersama, lampirkan juga Akte Perkawinan dan Akte Kelahiran.
VISA TURIS SCHENGEN
Formulir Aplikasi Visa: Diisi lengkap, ditandatangani, dan dilampirkan dengan 2 foto terbaru.

Paspor: Paspor terbaru yang sah, dengan masa berlaku lebih dari tiga bulan setelah tanggal kadaluarsa visa yang diminta.

Dokumen Tambahan (untuk Turis Individual):
Reservasi Penerbangan: Reservasi dapat diterima untuk permohonan visa, tetapi tiket asli akan diminta jika visa disetujui. Austria harus menjadi tujuan utama. Jika perjalanan mencakup beberapa negara, bukti transportasi juga harus diserahkan. Reservasi harus diterbitkan oleh maskapai dengan logo di kepala surat.
Reservasi Hotel: Konfirmasi hotel di negara-negara Schengen, yang mencantumkan alamat hotel dan semua nama tamu (dalam bahasa Inggris atau Jerman). Lampirkan surat konfirmasi dari setiap hotel yang dipesan.
Rencana Perjalanan (Itinerary):
Untuk Turis Individu: Surat dari pemohon yang menyatakan semua kota dan negara yang akan dikunjungi beserta lama tinggal di setiap tempat.
Untuk Grup Tur: Sertakan Master Dokumen yang berisi surat sponsor dari biro perjalanan, daftar nama peserta, rencana perjalanan, reservasi tiket/hotel, dan asuransi perjalanan yang mencantumkan semua peserta.
Rekening Koran Pribadi Asli:
Meliputi 3 bulan terakhir dan harus atas nama pemohon.
Jika ada anggota keluarga yang ikut bepergian dan memiliki rekening bank, mereka juga harus melampirkan laporan rekening bank 3 bulan terakhir (kecuali anak di bawah 18 tahun).
Jika perjalanan dibiayai oleh orang lain (keluarga/perusahaan), lampirkan: laporan bank 3 bulan terakhir dari sponsor, surat sponsor keuangan, dan fotokopi KTP sponsor.

Surat Keterangan Kerja:
Karyawan: Surat keterangan kerja asli dan slip gaji asli 3 bulan terakhir.
Pemilik Bisnis: Fotokopi SIUP atau TDP (atau pendaftaran perusahaan).
Pelajar/Mahasiswa: Surat keterangan siswa.
Catatan: Dokumen-dokumen ini harus dalam bahasa Inggris atau Jerman.
Asuransi Perjalanan: Polis harus diterbitkan oleh perusahaan asuransi terakreditasi dengan cakupan minimum €30.000.
Dokumen Tambahan untuk Anak di Bawah 20 Tahun: Akte kelahiran, Kartu Keluarga, pengesahan perubahan nama keluarga/panggilan (jika ada), dan surat izin dari distrik jika bepergian dengan orang tua tunggal.
Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga: Jika ada anggota keluarga yang bepergian bersama, lampirkan juga Akte Perkawinan dan Akte Kelahiran.
Visa Visitor Requirements "Tourist / Business Non Working" Adult (English)
Schengen Business Visa
Here are the required documents for a Schengen Business Visa application.
Applicant’s Required Documents
Visa Application Form: Must be completed, signed, and accompanied by two recent photos.
Photo Specifications: 35mm wide by 45mm high, with clear contrast. The applicant must look directly at the camera, with the head upright, not tilted up, and the mouth closed. The head should fill two-thirds of the photo but not exceed 36mm in height. Eyes must be in the upper-middle section of the photo, with eye color clearly recognizable. The distance between pupils should be between 8mm and 10mm. The background must be white.
Valid Passport: Your most recent passport must be valid for more than three months beyond the expiration date of the requested visa.
Passport and Visa Photocopies: A photocopy of your passport’s biodata and signature pages, as well as photocopies of any previous Schengen visas (if applicable).
Original Letter from Employer/Sponsor:
The letter must state the purpose of the visit, employment dates, salary, duration of stay, and the reason for the trip.
It must confirm that the company will take full financial responsibility for all of the employee’s expenses during the trip and return.
The letter must be stamped and signed by the General Manager (with their name also printed).
Include a photocopy of the SIUP or TDP (company business licenses).
If you are a self-employed applicant, you must provide a business license, tax documents, etc.
Include original pay slips for the last 3 months.
Original Personal Bank Statements:
Must cover the last 3 months and be in the applicant’s name.
Family members traveling with you who have bank accounts must also provide their bank statements for the last 3 months (except for minors under 18).
If a family member or company is funding the trip, you must also provide:
The sponsor’s bank statements for the last 3 months.
A financial sponsorship letter.
A photocopy of the sponsor’s ID card.
The original bank statements must be legalized by the bank.
Travel Insurance: The policy must be issued by an accredited insurance company with a minimum coverage of €30,000.
Flight Reservations: Tickets should only be submitted to the embassy if requested. Flight reservations must be issued by the airline with the company logo on the letterhead.
Hotel Reservations:
Hotel confirmation in the Schengen countries must include the hotel’s address and the names of all guests (in English or German only).
Attach a confirmation letter for every hotel booked throughout the Schengen area.
Invitation Letter from the Austrian Company: This letter should state the duration of your stay and the purpose of your visit.
Family Card Photocopy: If any family members are accompanying you on the trip, please also include your Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificates.
Schengen Tourist Visa
Here are the required documents for a Schengen Tourist Visa application.
Applicant’s Required Documents
Visa Application Form: Must be completed, signed, and accompanied by two recent photos.

Travel Itinerary:
For Individual Tourists: A letter from the applicant stating all the cities and countries you will visit and the duration of your stay.
For Group Tours: A Master Document is required, which includes a sponsorship letter from the travel agency, the names of all group members, the itinerary, flight/hotel reservations, and travel insurance that lists all tour participants with a benefit table.
Original Personal Bank Statements:
