Persyaratan Visa Kunjungan"Turis/Pemilik Bisnis" Dewasa (Bahasa)
Dokumen yang harus disediakan oleh pemohon:
Formulir permohonan visa yang sudah diisi dengan lengkap. Isi dengan lengkap dan unduh di situs web kedutaan besar/konsulat Korea Selatan, serta tempel pas foto ukuran 3,5 cm x 4,5 cm.
Paspor asli yang memiliki masa berlaku lebih dari 6 bulan.
Fotokopi halaman informasi pribadi pada paspor dan halaman cap imigrasi (apabila sudah pernah pergi ke negara lain).
Surat keterangan bekerja yang ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris dan surat bukti pembayaran pajak atau SPT dari tahun sebelumnya untuk pegawai.
Surat Izin Usaha (SIUP) dan SPT dari tahun sebelumnya untuk wirausahawan.
Surat keterangan pelajar yang diperoleh dari pihak sekolah bagi pelajar.
Untuk yang belum bekerja maka wajib melampirkan sertifikat kelulusan dari sekolah terakhir.
Lampiran fotokopi KTP.
Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga (KK).
Dokumen asli rekening koran selama 3 bulan terakhir (sudah memperoleh bukti cap basah dari bank).
Apabila tidak ada bukti rekening koran, maka bisa digantikan oleh: tagihan kartu kredit selama 3 bulan, surat pernyataan dan disertai dengan fotokopi BPKB mobil.
Bukti reservasi tiket pesawat dan akomodasi.
Surat keterangan kesehatan.
Surat keterangan catatan kriminal.
Asuransi perjalanan.
Visa Visitor Requirements "Tourist / Business Non Working" Adult (English)
Documents required by the applicant:
Completed visa application form. Download from the website of the Embassy/Consulate of South Korea and attach a photo sized 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.
Original passport with a validity of more than 6 months.
Photocopy of the personal information page of the passport and immigration stamp pages (if the applicant has previously traveled abroad).
Employment certificate written in English and proof of tax payment or annual tax return (SPT) from the previous year for employees.
Business License (SIUP) and annual tax return (SPT) from the previous year for entrepreneurs.
Student certificate issued by the school for students.
For those who are unemployed, a graduation certificate from the last school attended must be attached.
Photocopy of National Identity Card (KTP).
Photocopy of Family Card (KK).
Original bank statement for the last 3 months (with official bank stamp).
If a bank statement is not available, it can be replaced with: 3 months of credit card bills, a statement letter, and a photocopy of the car ownership certificate (BPKB).
Proof of flight and accommodation reservation.
Medical certificate.
Police clearance certificate.
Travel insurance.
