Persyaratan Visa Kunjungan"Turis/Pemilik Bisnis" Dewasa (Bahasa)
Dokumen yang Harus Disediakan oleh Pemohon
Paspor dengan masa berlaku lebih dari 6 bulan dari tanggal kedatangan, serta paspor lama.
Pas foto berwarna terbaru ukuran 3,5 x 4,5 cm sebanyak 2 lembar, dengan latar belakang putih, dicetak di kertas foto bermutu baik, wajah jelas, dan diperbesar 70%.
Surat sponsor berbahasa Inggris di atas kop surat perusahaan tempat pemohon bekerja. Jika ada anggota keluarga/orang lain yang ikut bepergian, cantumkan nama dan statusnya.
Jika pemohon menjabat sebagai General Manager, Direktur, Presiden Direktur, atau Komisaris → wajib melampirkan fotokopi NPWP dan SIUP (Owner).
Jika memiliki bisnis sendiri dan tidak ada kop surat perusahaan → surat diketik di kertas putih polos, diberi cap toko, serta melampirkan fotokopi NPWP dan SIUP.
Jika disponsori oleh anak → lampirkan fotokopi akte kelahiran anak untuk membuktikan hubungan.
Jika disponsori oleh menantu → lampirkan fotokopi akte nikah anak dan akte kelahiran anak.
Jika status pensiun → surat diketik di atas kertas putih polos dan ditandatangani sendiri.
Bukti keuangan 3 bulan terakhir berupa fotokopi rekening koran atau buku tabungan (dari halaman depan yang tercantum nama & nomor rekening sampai dengan halaman terakhir transaksi) dengan saldo minimal Rp 50 juta per orang.
Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga (KK).
Jika nama di paspor berbeda, lampirkan fotokopi surat ganti nama.
Fotokopi Akta Nikah.
Jika anak ikut bepergian dan masih sekolah, lampirkan:
Fotokopi Kartu Pelajar
Surat Keterangan Sekolah asli
Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran
Surat izin orang tua yang dilegalisir notaris (dalam bahasa Inggris) apabila anak berangkat dengan orang lain, atau surat izin dari salah satu orang tua apabila anak hanya berangkat dengan ayah/ibu.
Jika ada anak yang tinggal di Belanda, lampirkan fotokopi paspor, visa, akte lahir, dan surat undangan berbahasa Inggris.
Print out reservasi tiket.
Konfirmasi hotel selama perjalanan di Eropa.
Asuransi perjalanan yang berlaku selama masa tinggal di Eropa dengan pertanggungan minimal USD 50.000 atau EUR 30.000.
Formulir aplikasi visa yang sudah diisi lengkap dan ditandatangani pemohon. Untuk anak yang belum memiliki KTP, formulir ditandatangani oleh kedua orang tuanya.
Jika tinggal lebih dari 1 bulan, lampirkan:
Surat undangan dari negara tujuan yang dicap pemerintah berwenang (Geementhe).
Akte kelahiran pengundang untuk membuktikan hubungan.
Slip gaji atau bukti keuangan pengundang.

Documents Required for Applicants
Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival, and old passport.
Two recent color photographs, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, with white background, printed on photo paper of good quality, clear face appearance, enlarged 70%.
Sponsor letter in English on the company’s letterhead where the applicant works. If family members or others are traveling together, include their names and status.
If the applicant is a General Manager, Director, President Director, or Commissioner → attach a copy of Tax ID (NPWP) and Company Registration (SIUP – Owner).
If self-employed without company letterhead → type the letter on plain white paper, affix business stamp, and attach a copy of Tax ID (NPWP) and SIUP.
If sponsored by child → attach a copy of the child’s birth certificate to prove the relationship.
If sponsored by son/daughter-in-law → attach a copy of the child’s marriage certificate and child’s birth certificate.
If retired → the letter should be typed on plain white paper and signed by the applicant.
Financial proof for the last 3 months – copy of bank statement or savings book (from the cover page showing name & account number to the last transaction page), with a minimum balance of IDR 50 million per person.
Copy of Family Card (KK).
If the name in the passport differs, attach a copy of the name change certificate.
Copy of Marriage Certificate.
If children are traveling and still in school, attach:
Copy of Student Card
Original School Certificate
Copy of Birth Certificate
Parental consent letter legalized by a notary (in English) if the child travels with someone else, or a letter of consent from one parent if the child travels only with father/mother.
If a child resides in the Netherlands, attach a copy of passport, visa, birth certificate, and invitation letter in English.
Flight reservation printout.
Hotel confirmation for the duration of the trip in Europe.
Travel insurance valid during the stay in Europe, with coverage of at least USD 50,000 or EUR 30,000.
Visa application form completed and signed by the applicant. For children without an ID card, the form must be signed by both parents.
If staying more than 1 month, provide:
Invitation letter from the host country stamped by the competent government authority (Geementhe).
Host’s birth certificate to prove relationship.
Host’s salary slip or financial statement.
