Persyaratan Visa Kunjungan"Turis/Pemilik Bisnis" Dewasa (Bahasa)
Dokumen yang Harus Disediakan oleh Pemohon
A. Dokumen Umum
Paspor – berlaku lebih dari 6 bulan sejak tanggal kedatangan, beserta paspor lama.
Pas foto berwarna terbaru – ukuran 3,5 x 4,5 cm, 2 lembar, latar belakang putih, wajah jelas saat di-zoom 70%.
Surat sponsor (bahasa Inggris) – di atas kop surat perusahaan tempat pemohon bekerja + lampiran SIUP.
Referensi bank & mutasi rekening 3 bulan terakhir – dengan stempel dan legalisir asli dari bank.
Saldo minimal Rp 50 juta per orang.
Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga (KK).
Jika nama pada paspor berbeda, lampirkan fotokopi surat ganti nama.
Fotokopi KTP.
Fotokopi Akta Nikah & Akta Lahir.
Print out reservasi tiket pesawat.
Bukti transportasi domestik – seperti tiket kereta, bus, atau pesawat.
Itinerary harian (day by day).
Konfirmasi hotel – di atas kop surat hotel masing-masing negara yang dikunjungi, dengan status reservasi aktif.
Asuransi perjalanan – berlaku selama masa tinggal di Eropa, dengan pertanggungan minimal USD 50.000 atau EUR 35.000.
Surat izin suami + copy KTP – jika istri bepergian tanpa suami.
Untuk anak di bawah 18 tahun, harus didampingi oleh kedua orang tua saat biometrik.
B. Tambahan Syarat untuk Visa Bisnis
Surat undangan dari perusahaan pengundang.
Copy SIUP perusahaan pengundang, serta copy paspor & ID card pengundang.
Perusahaan pengundang wajib mengisi formulir undangan dalam bahasa Italia.

Documents Required for Applicants
A. General Documents
Passport – valid for more than 6 months from the date of arrival, including previous passport.
Recent color photographs – size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 2 copies, white background, face clearly visible at 70% zoom.
Sponsorship letter (in English) – on the company’s letterhead where the applicant works + Company Registration (SIUP).
Bank reference & updated bank statement (last 3 months) – with official bank stamp and legalization.
Minimum balance: IDR 50,000,000 per person.
Copy of Family Card (KK).
If the name on the passport differs, attach copy of name change certificate.
Copy of National ID (KTP).
Copy of Marriage Certificate & Birth Certificate.
Printout of flight reservation.
Domestic transportation proof – train, bus, or flight tickets.
Day-by-day itinerary.
Hotel confirmation – on the official letterhead of each hotel in the countries visited, with active reservation status.
Travel insurance – valid throughout the stay in Europe, with minimum coverage of USD 50,000 or EUR 35,000.
Husband’s consent letter + copy of his ID (KTP) – if wife travels without husband.
For applicants under 18 years old, both parents must accompany the child for biometric submission.
B. Additional Requirements for Business Visa
Invitation letter from the host company.
Copy of host company’s registration (SIUP), plus copy of passport & ID card of the inviter.
The host company must complete an invitation form in Italian.
