Persyaratan Visa Kunjungan"Turis/Pemilik Bisnis" Dewasa (Bahasa)
Dokumen yang Harus Disiapkan Pemohon
Paspor
Masa berlaku minimal 6 bulan dari perkiraan tanggal kedatangan.
Foto Terbaru
Ukuran 3,5 x 4,5 cm sebanyak 2 lembar.
Background putih, menggunakan kertas foto kualitas bagus.
Proporsional, wajah jelas saat di-zoom 70%, dan telinga harus terlihat.
Surat Sponsorship (Bahasa Inggris)
Dari perusahaan tempat pelamar bekerja.
Jika ada keluarga/kerabat ikut, cantumkan nama dan statusnya.
Harus mencantumkan: Nomor Paspor, Pangkat/Jabatan, dan Gaji per bulan.
Tambahan syarat khusus:
a. General Manager, Direktur, Direktur Utama, atau Komisaris → wajib melampirkan copy SIUP (dalam bahasa Inggris) dan NPWP.
b. Pemilik usaha tanpa kop surat resmi → boleh membuat surat (bahasa Inggris) dengan stempel perusahaan + lampirkan copy NPWP & SIUP (bahasa Inggris).
c. Sponsor dari anak → lampirkan copy Akta Kelahiran anak (bahasa Inggris).
d. Sponsor dari mertua → lampirkan copy Akta Nikah anak & Akta Kelahiran (bahasa Inggris).
e. Pemohon pensiun → surat dapat diketik (bahasa Inggris) dan ditandatangani.
Rekening Koran
Fotokopi 3 bulan terakhir (nama, nomor rekening, dan transaksi terlihat jelas).
Saldo minimal Rp 50 juta per orang.
Slip Gaji
Copy slip gaji 3 bulan terakhir.
Identitas Keluarga
Copy Kartu Keluarga (KK) dan KTP.
Surat Nikah
Copy Surat/Akta Nikah.
Dokumen Anak (jika ikut perjalanan dan masih sekolah)
a. Fotokopi Kartu Pelajar.
b. Surat Keterangan Sekolah asli (bahasa Inggris).
c. Copy Akta Kelahiran (bahasa Inggris).
d. Cetak tiket reservasi.Konfirmasi Hotel
Selama perjalanan di Eropa, lengkap dengan nama pemohon di dokumen konfirmasi.
Asuransi Perjalanan
Berlaku selama tinggal di Eropa.
Menanggung biaya minimal USD 50.000 atau EUR 30.000 (termasuk covid-19).
Undangan dari Perancis (jika ada)
Surat undangan resmi diverifikasi pemerintah setempat.
Lampirkan copy Paspor, CNI, dan Surat Undangan dari pengundang.
Formulir Aplikasi
Diisi dan ditandatangani oleh pemohon.
Untuk anak tanpa KTP → formulir ditandatangani kedua orang tua.
Visa Visitor Requirements "Tourist / Business Non Working" Adult (English)
Required Documents for Applicants
Passport
Valid for at least 6 months from the estimated date of arrival.
Recent Photographs
Size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 2 copies.
White background, high-quality photo paper.
Proportional, face must be clear when zoomed at 70%, and ears must be visible.
Sponsorship Letter (in English)
Issued by the applicant’s employer.
If family members are joining, their names and relationship must be stated.
Must include: Passport Number, Position/Title, and Monthly Salary.
Additional requirements:
a. For General Manager, Director, President Director, or Commissioner → must attach a copy of Business License (SIUP in English) and Tax ID (NPWP).
b. For Business Owners without an official letterhead → may type the letter in English with company stamp, and attach a copy of NPWP and Business License (SIUP in English).
c. If sponsored by child → attach a copy of Child’s Birth Certificate (in English).
d. If sponsored by in-laws → attach a copy of Child’s Marriage Certificate and Child’s Birth Certificate (in English).
e. If retired → a self-typed and signed letter in English is acceptable.
Bank Statement
Last 3 months (showing applicant’s name, account number, and latest transactions).
Minimum balance: IDR 50,000,000 per person.
Salary Slips
Copies of the last 3 months’ salary slips.
Family Identity Documents
Copy of Family Card (KK) and ID Card (KTP).
Marriage Certificate
Copy of Marriage Certificate.
Documents for Children (if traveling and still in school)
a. Copy of Student Card.
b. Original School Confirmation Letter (in English).
c. Copy of Birth Certificate (in English).
d. Flight reservation printout.Hotel Confirmation
For the entire stay in Europe, with the applicant’s name clearly stated on the booking confirmation.
Travel Insurance
Valid during the entire stay in Europe.
Coverage at least USD 50,000 or EUR 30,000 (must include covid-19 coverage).
Invitation from France (if applicable)
Official invitation letter verified by local authorities.
Must attach copies of Passport, CNI, and Invitation Letter from the inviter.
Application Form
Completed and signed by the applicant.
For children without ID card → must be signed by both parents.
