Satu buah foto berwarna terbaru (ukuran 35mm x 45mm) dengan latar belakang putih atau sangat terang, di mana proporsi kepala 70–80% dari ukuran foto.
Paspor dengan masa berlaku minimal 3 bulan dari tanggal rencana kepulangan.
Fotokopi halaman biodata dan halaman alamat paspor. Jika Anda Warga Negara Asing, sertakan fotokopi izin tinggal di Indonesia (KITAS/KIMS/KITAP atau Visa Indonesia) dengan masa berlaku minimal 6 bulan.
Fotokopi halaman pengesahan paspor (jika ada) serta fotokopi visa Schengen, UK, USA, Kanada, dan Australia yang dikeluarkan dalam 3 tahun terakhir.
Surat undangan dari pihak Denmark yang menyatakan tujuan dan durasi kunjungan bisnis. Pihak pengundang juga harus mengirimkan surat undangan ini melalui email ke Kedutaan Denmark. Surat referensi dari pemohon dan surat undangan dari pihak pengundang harus sesuai dengan durasi kunjungan dan jadwal perjalanan.
Surat referensi kerja yang mencantumkan jabatan dan durasi kerja. Jika Anda memiliki usaha sendiri, lampirkan registrasi usaha (SIUP, TDP, NPWP).
Fotokopi bukti keuangan pribadi/sponsor selama 3 bulan terakhir. Jika perjalanan dibiayai oleh pihak lain, lampirkan surat sponsor. Anda juga dapat menyertakan fotokopi kartu kredit atau surat referensi dari bank sebagai dokumen pendukung.

Print-out pemesanan penerbangan yang sudah dikonfirmasi, yang menunjukkan masa tinggal tidak lebih dari 90 hari. Kedutaan menyarankan untuk tidak membayar tiket pesawat sebelum visa dikonfirmasi. Anda mungkin diminta untuk menunjukkan tiket asli saat pengambilan visa.

Untuk tujuan medis, siapkan surat dari dokter atau rumah sakit di Indonesia, surat konfirmasi janji temu dari dokter/rumah sakit di wilayah Schengen, dan bukti asuransi medis atau pembayaran perawatan medis (di luar TMI). Pemohon harus menyediakan bukti kemampuan finansial untuk menanggung seluruh biaya perawatan.

Passport valid for a minimum of 3 months from the planned date of return from the Schengen area.
One photocopy of the passport’s biodata page and address page. For foreign nationals, please provide a photocopy of your Indonesian residence permit (KITAS/KIMS/KITAP or Indonesian Visa) valid for a minimum of 6 months.
One photocopy of any endorsement pages (if there are additions or corrections), and photocopies of Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia visas issued within the last 3 years.
An invitation letter from the Danish host stating the purpose and duration of the business visit. The Danish host must also send the invitation letter via email to the Danish Embassy. The reference letter from the applicant and the invitation letter from the host must match the confirmed duration and travel schedule.
A work reference letter stating the applicant’s position and duration of employment. If the applicant owns their own business, a copy of the business or company registration (SIUP, TDP, NPWP) must be attached to confirm that the applicant has been granted leave for the intended period of travel to the Schengen area and will return to work afterward.
Photocopies of personal/sponsor financial statements for the last 3 months. A sponsor letter must also be included if the trip is financed by a third party. Photocopies of credit cards or bank reference letters may also be attached as supporting financial documents.
Photocopies of the Family Card, Marriage Certificate, and Birth Certificate.
Original or photocopy of the print-out of a confirmed flight booking from a travel agent or airline. This document must show that the stay in the Schengen area does not exceed 90 days. The Embassy strongly advises applicants not to purchase or pay for flight tickets before receiving visa confirmation. Please note that at the time of visa collection, applicants may be asked to show the original ticket/e-ticket.
Photocopy of a confirmed hotel reservation or proof of payment for the entire duration of the stay in the Schengen area.
Photocopy of Travel Medical Insurance (TMI).
For minors (under 18) traveling alone or with only one parent, please attach a letter of consent from both parents/guardians or from the parent who is not traveling. Each signature on the letter must be legalized/notarized. This letter will grant the child authorization to travel (either alone or accompanied by one parent) and state the motive for the trip. This letter must be carried by the child throughout the journey.
For medical purposes, the required documents are a letter from the applicant’s doctor or hospital in Indonesia; a confirmation letter from the doctor or hospital in the Schengen area stating the appointment and the medical procedure needed; and proof of medical insurance or payment for medical treatment (separate from TMI). The applicant must also provide proof of their financial ability to cover all medical expenses in the destination country.
