1. New and old original passports

• Passport validity min.6 months
• The passport must be signed on the back of the box
• If you are still a minor and cannot sign, you must have an “Unable to Sign” stamp from immigration

2. Passport color photo size 3.5 x 4.5 cm with a white background, face zoomed in at 70% for 2 sheets

• Photos must be recent and have never been used on other visas

3. Sponsor Letter (in English)

• The above company letter is addressed to the Embassy of Denmark
• Stamped/stamp (if not available, please sign on 6000 duty-stamp)

4. Copy of SIUP / Business License (if you are a company owner)

5. Photocopy of Financial Reports for the last 3 months

6. Photocopy of Family Card

7. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate

• If you are divorced, attach a Divorce Certificate
• If the spouse has died, attach a Death Certificate

8. Photocopy of the Child’s Birth Certificate (if there is a child accompanying or accompanied by the child)

9. Photocopy of ID Card

10. Husband’s permit + photocopy of ID Card (if the husband does not travel)

• The license is signed on stamp duty 6000

11. Copy of Declaration of Name Change letter (if any)

12. Photocopy of Student Card (if there are children attending and still attending school)

13. International flight reservation

14. Hotel reservation in the country to be visited

15. Travel Insurance

16. For children under 19 years old, both parents must be present during the biometric process

17. All application participants MANDATORY must come to face even though they have had biometrics before

18. Parental Permission Letter (if going with one of the parents)

• The permit is signed on a 6000 duty-stamp and must have a stamp from a sworn Notary
