Tour Package Information

Can I custom my personal trip outside your available trip packages?

Yes. You can custom your trip as you wish. Just contact us and we will provide any information and details you need before you book your trip.

Can I book a trip for a big group?

Yes. The trip is available for a big group with maximum of 100 participants, or you can contact us for more information.

Are there any minimum participants?

Yes. Most of our trip packages are available to book with minimum of 4 participants. However, you can book a trip for 1 person for a certain trip. Contact us for the details.

Is the pickup shuttle included in the package?

Yes.

Is the meal included in the package?

Yes.

What payment do you accept?

We receive a valid Debit Card or Credit Card, such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and JCB.

Do you accept cash payment at the meeting point?

We only accept full payment max. 3 days before the trip.

Is there any insurance for my trip?

Insurance is included in extreme activity packages, such as rafting.

Can I cancel my trip before or on the trip day?

Cancelation is valid at least 3 days before the trip.

Will I get a full refund if I cancel a booked trip?

The cancelation 3 days before the trip cannot be refunded.
